Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
